We facilitate expert knowledge transfer, peer-to-peer learning, and the sharing of women’s personal experiences. We come together to craft a possible future. We provide you with a safe space for self-reflection and self-discovery. A space for you to connect with yourself and others, improve your well-being and deliver results.

The Rise Circle group coaching programme is a response to the growing complexity and challenges surrounding women’s advancement into leadership positions. The internal and external barriers that women have to navigate are coming at a great cost. 

Through a unique facilitated process, Rise Coaching Circles empower participants to surface unconscious biases, define new possibilities, and implement personalised strategies that produce meaningful and sustainable results. To accelerate this work, we use various assessment tools to determine each participant’s strengths, values, self-saboteurs, patterns and areas of potential development. Together we explore the essential developmental topics of self-worth, transition, emotional wellbeing, and self-leadership.

Group sessions involve a mix of group coaching, individual coaching, guided activities, and time for questions and processing.

Circles cultivate and support lifelong relationships with circle participants, while individually growing individual leadership skills.

This is a safe environment for a small group of peers to learn from each other in exploring the challenges and complexities of their roles and designing effective and authentic ways to achieve what matters most to them.

All Rise Circles are customisable around topics that include: worth, transition & emotional wellbeing.
Organisations can choose a number of topics or identify key challenges they need the coaching to focus on.

The rise coaching circle includes

Monthly group sessions
(2 hours either in person or via a virtual conference call). Each session will include a presentation or a discussion on a specific topic, followed by coaching. Coaching inside a group provides valuable impact for the person being coached, as well as for other members of the group.
Three individual coaching sessions - beginning of the coaching (a month before or on month 1), halfway (month 3) and at the end of the coaching (month 6).
Participants have access to email coaching , WhatsApp and telecon.
Each group can have 6 - 8 participants and commit to the six months.  
Worksheets and access to group coaching recorded sessions (if virtual).


Duration: 6 months (6 X 2 hours/ group sessions)
3 X 1hour individual coaching sessions

Cost: R9 000/person (including: Rise Coaching Cards & a Rise Guide Notebook)

I was introduced to coaching about 7+ years ago, at the time I was an unmotivated and I felt stuck in the job I was doing. Through the coaching program I became more confident in my capabilities. This led to me claiming my space better in the organization, acknowledging my strengths and putting myself forward, helping both in my personal space as well as my career.
